Love the Life You Are Becoming!
Love the Life You Are Becoming!
February is often known as the month of love. Everywhere you look there are reminders about relationships, romance, and connection with others. But there is another kind of love that often gets overlooked. The love you develop for the life God is shaping within you.
The truth is that becoming who God designed you to be is a process. It is not always comfortable. It is not always quick. And it certainly does not happen overnight.
Growth stretches you.
Sometimes it requires letting go of old mindsets. Sometimes it asks you to walk away from environments that no longer align with where God is taking you. Sometimes it means choosing discipline when comfort feels easier.
But every step of growth is shaping the person you are becoming.
Too many people spend their time wishing they were further ahead instead of appreciating the transformation happening right now. Yet the life God is forming in you deserves your patience, your grace, and your faith.
You are not behind.
You are being developed.
Every lesson you are learning, every obstacle you are navigating, and every season you are walking through is refining something inside of you. Strength is forming. Wisdom is increasing. Clarity is unfolding.
This is what becoming looks like.
Instead of criticizing your progress, begin to honor the journey.
Honor the courage it takes to keep going.
Honor the faith it takes to trust God when the path is not fully visible.
Honor the resilience that keeps you moving forward.
Because the truth is this.
The person you are becoming is exactly who God had in mind.
You are not simply living life.
You are being shaped for purpose.
You are purposed.
You are positioned.
You are predestined.
You are equipped.
You are prepared.
And the life you are becoming is worth loving every step of the way.
Let's take a Selah Moment:
Pause and reflect on the areas of your life where growth is happening right now. Instead of focusing on what still needs to change, thank God for the progress that is already taking place. Growth is not always loud, but it is always meaningful.
Now Our Faith Declaration:
I declare that I embrace the person God is developing in me. I will not rush the process or compare my journey with anyone else's. I trust that every season is shaping me for purpose and preparing me for what is ahead. I am Purposed. Prepared. Positioned. Predestined.™
How you go through determines how you come out.™
