Her journey has spanned education, ministry, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. E. Lorraine has served in administrative and training roles within school districts, facilitated professional development for educators and corporate teams, and delivered keynotes that elevate culture, mindset, and performance. As a Certified Cognitive Coach, MBTI Practitioner, SHRM Workplace Mental Health Ally, and Career Development Facilitator, she integrates research-based strategies with real-world wisdom to create experiences that are heartfelt and results-driven.E. Lorraine holds a B.S. in Organizational Management with a minor in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Claflin University, a M.S. in Psychology from Walden University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Evidence-Based Coaching. Her deep understanding of human behavior and leadership effectiveness allows her to help others grow with both heart and strategy.
As Founder and CEO of our HER LIFE Speaks, LLC, E. Lorraine leads a purpose-driven enterprise focused on speaking, coaching, and leadership development. She also mentors women through her work as a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant and expresses creativity and community through her home-based bakery. Each endeavor reflects her belief that purpose isn’t confined to one path; it’s revealed wherever you are called to make a difference.
E. Lorraine has been married to her husband, Scott, for over 38 years. Together, they have three adult children and a close-knit family that continues to be the foundation of her faith, resilience, and joy.
